We are excited to invite your school and students to attend the matinee performance of Outside Looking In's 16th Annual Showcase event! Don't miss this unique opportunity for your students to experience and learn about Indigenous culture through dynamic and engaging dance performances.
Over 200 youth from 13 different Indigenous communities from across Canada are working to put on a show of a lifetime! It will be a fantastic opportunity for your students to learn about the cultural heritage of Indigenous people of Canada and appreciate the diversity of the Indigenous cultures.
The show is suitable for students of all ages and will run for approximately 2 hours. We are offering a discounted group rate for school groups at just $10 per ticket. We encourage you to take this opportunity to book your tickets early, as seating is limited.
Supporting Indigenous youth every step of the way
OLI gives participants the opportunity to unpack their emotional, mental and physical expression into a structured outlet like dance. Our programs allow youth to express their hopes, dreams and aspirations on the dance floor.
OLI promotes positive relationships during postsecondary learning, provides pathways to meaningful work, and builds the self-esteem needed to navigate away from negative behaviours such as self-harm and substance abuse.
Participants must attend school regularly, do their school work, have exemplary behaviour and be committed to working hard while in the program.
