Preparing the Next Generation of Indigenous Leaders
In preparation for what lies ahead, OLI mentors develop supportive individual relationships with RBC Future Leaders participants, motivating them to explore the possibilities available to them following graduation and to discover new opportunities and career paths, both at home and beyond.
Particpants must be Indigenous youth in Grades 10-12 from one of our partnering communities and have completed at least one year of OLI Dance.
“OLI helped me become more confident in myself... I was scared to go out, I was always alone. But now I came [to OLI camp] and I’m one of the most talkative people you’ll meet here. I’ve met almost everybody.”
Jeremiah Wood,
