OLI Mentor Application

Please submit the following form if you wish to be considered for a role as a mentor for Indigenous youth through OLI programs.

​We pair mentors with Indigenous youth participants in the OLI Alumni and RBC Future Leaders program. Together, the mentor and participant develop a supportive and motivational relationship that encourages the participant to see beyond their borders and explore all opportunities available to them. Mentoring provides our participants with increased self-esteem and self-confidence, affirmed professional competence and exposure to new and different perspectives.
